1. Categories
| Category | What for | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeping you signed in, security, remembering your workspace | Not required — the service cannot work without these |
| Preferences | Interface choices such as theme | Not required |
| Analytics | Aggregate understanding of which features are used | Opt-in in the UK and EEA |
| Marketing | Measuring which campaigns bring people to the product | Opt-in in the UK and EEA |
2. Consent
Analytics and marketing cookies are not set in the UK or EEA until you accept them. Declining leaves the product fully usable — nothing behind a paywall or a feature gate depends on them.
3. Withdrawing consent
Change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the product from working.
4. Third parties
[The analytics provider is not yet selected. PRD §17.6 proposes Plausible or GA4; this section must name the actual provider, its cookies and their lifetimes before launch.]
